Bubble Rush 2017 Photos

We hope you all had a fantastic day raising lots of money for the Mary Ann Evans Hospice at the Bubble Rush 2017. As promised, you will be able to purchase an electronic copy of your bubbly photos soon! Our volunteer photographers from Corley & Fillongley Photographic Club took thousands of photos on the day and they are available to purchase for 50p per photo. All our photographers gave their time and their photos for free so we could raise even more money! 100% of photo money (less small card fee) will come to the Hospice. We are currently uploading loads of bubbly images to Facebook for you to view!! Due to unexpected delays from the cyber attacks we are now not able to sell our images until more have been uploaded and referenced. On Sunday 23rd April, 11 inspiring runners set out from Greenwich, South London, on a mission to run 26.2 miles for the Mary Ann Evans Hospice at the world-famous London Marathon. Good Luck #TeamMAEH at the London Marathon!

On Sunday 23rd April, #TeamMAEH, a group of 12 runners representing the Mary Ann Evans Hospice will be lining up on the start line of the iconic Virgin Money London Marathon. Although nervous of the 26.2 miles ahead of them, they will be excited to see all of the Capital’s landmarks, including the Cutty Sark, London Eye, Tower Bridge, Big Ben & Buckingham Palace. The atmosphere will be electric and the cheers from the crowd will support the brave runners right to the finish, where they can celebrate their amazing achievement with friends and family! Each runner has put in a lot of training hours, running long distance on weekends and taking part in training events, such as the Silverstone Half Marathon on Sunday 12th March. NatWest Nuneaton present ‘Bubble Rush Bootcamp’ in support of the Mary Ann Evans Hospice!

Over the Easter weekend, on Thursday 13th, Saturday 15th and Tuesday 18th April, NatWest Nuneaton will be transformed into a ‘Bubble Rush Bootcamp’ in support of the Mary Ann Evans Hospice. Mary Ann Evans Hospice and Badgers Atherstone 10K get running together!

The Mary Ann Evans Hospice are delighted to announce that they have been selected as the nominated local Charity for the 2017 BADGERS Atherstone 10K, which takes place on Sunday 27th August! The 10K race, now in its 4th year, is hosted by the BADGERS, a UKA affiliated running club in North Warwickshire and is centred on the pretty market town of Atherstone. The event promises to offer a challenging course, taking in the beautiful North Warwickshire countryside including exclusive access through the private Merevale Estate. The race starts on Long Street and finishes in historic Market Square, providing a number of public houses and cafes looking forward to welcoming runners and spectators. Mary Ann Evans Hospice Fundraiser, Natalie Smith, said “The hospice are really proud to have been selected to partner this fantastic event, which typically sees around 600 runners take to the pretty, but challenging route.
