Mary Ann is seeking to appoint an experienced and caring Senior Care Support Worker to work as part of our clinical services team – Hospice at Home and Day Hospice service.

This role requires an individual who is compassionate, responsive and extremely flexible in their approach to providing patient care and carer support for people who are facing the end of their lives.

We are looking for a versatile team member with excellent communication skills, commitment and understanding of the needs of end of life patients and their family carers. You will provide essential personal care and emotional support either in the person’s own home or in our Day Hospice.

You should have NVQ Level 3 in care, have experience of working in the community, ability to use simple electronic systems (i.e. like a smart phone), have a sound comprehension of the requirements of people and their family carers at the end of life. Being able to drive in the community of north Warwickshire is essential.
